PowerVolt is a manufacturer of Power Transformers and Power Supplies. We are proud to say that we manufacture standard (off-the-shelf) and custom transformers and power supplies. Founded in 1973 PowerVolt grew steadily, quickly acquiring a strong reputation for it's high standards of quality and reliable products. With Power Volt, the service does not stop after the sale. We develop long-term partnerships with each client.

Headquartered in Addison, Illinois, USA, with 30,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and office space. We leverage domestic and international partnerships to optimize design and costs for our customers.

As the "Flagship of Custom Magnetics", Ensign has come a long way since 1939. We have forged a reputation as a world-class manufacturer of electrical transformers, inductors and adapters for an ever-broadening array of industrial and commercial applications. Today, Ensign is a customer driven, ISO 9001:2015 registered organization that offers OEMs low-volume and high-volume production from domestic and offshore facilities. Both facilities meet all applicable safety agency requirements,and share a common commitment to continuous improvement.

Located in Bellevue, Iowa with over 23,500 sq. ft of manufacturing and office space.

Wabash Transformer Inc. was founded in 1966 and is based in Addison, Illinois. This facility offers a full range of Custom and Standard power transformers. Wabash Transformer applications include HVAC, Medical, Pool and Spa, Metering equipment, Household appliances, and many others. “The Mark of Quality” is more than just a slogan; the company prides itself on delivering products marked by exceptional quality and competitive pricing.
Facilities:
Before 2016, facility was located in Clarence, Iowa. In 2016, it was merged with Powervolt facility in Addison, Illinois with over 30,000 sq. ft of manufacturing and office space.

Wabash Manufacturing
Wabash achieves high-volume manufacturing through extensive automation of coil winding, assembly lines and testing. State-of-the-art winding and stack core welding machines allow provide production capacity of up to twelve thousand parts per shift. Our highly skilled with and experienced operators take personal pride in the quality products they produce. The quality goes in before the name goes on.
